As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products that are delivered in correct and undamaged condition as per the order placed.

• the product delivered does not match the item ordered,

please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with relevant details along with clear photographs/videos of the product and packaging for verification.

• Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return or exchange.
