Please note that our candles are handmade and may vary in appearance and have some imperfections by nature.

Once a product is purchased, and received in perfect condition, it cannot be returned or refunded. In case you receive a damaged or incorrect item please contact us at atmanlivingco@gmail.com immediately. We will replace your product with a new one.

Damaged or Incorrect items

We carefully inspect each product before shipping. However, if you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please send us a picture along with your concern at atmanlivingco@gmail.com. We will replace your product with a new one.

Sale items

Sale items are final and cannot be refunded or returned.

Lost Items
​
Once the items have been dispatched, they become the property of the shipper. If the item is lost it cannot be returned. Please contact your shipping company for more details

Shipping cost & timeline
​
In case we are sending you a replacement, the shipping cost will not be covered by Atman Living co. and must be paid by the customer

We take 3-4 days to process and dispatch your orders as its a one person company<3. And it usually takes 5 to 6 working days to deliver once the order has been dispatched. However, we cannot guarantee an exact date of arrival. You can refer to your tracking number for real-time updates on your package.
